You can request to return the device within 7 days upon receiving if device still doesn’t works.
Once we received the item, we will need to do a check to ensure that the device is of the fault that was stated in the form below before issuing a refund. Refund will not be issued if there is any other faults that are found to be caused by the user that resulted in the reported issue. This process will take around 30 days.
